PPC Specialist
Run Google Ads and Meta campaigns for Shopify clients that actually convert, with real reporting on spend, conversion rate and cost per acquisition.
Traffic is cheap to buy and expensive to waste. As a PPC Specialist at UVT, you'll run paid acquisition for Shopify clients, mainly Google Ads and Meta, with a focus on actual conversion and cost per acquisition, not just impressions and click-through rate.
What You'll Do
- Plan and run Google Ads and Meta ad campaigns for Shopify clients, including search, shopping and remarketing where relevant.
- Set up and audit conversion tracking (GA4, platform pixels, server-side where needed) so reported performance actually reflects what's happening, not a broken pixel's guess.
- Work with the CRO and development teams when a campaign's landing experience is the actual bottleneck, not the targeting or bid strategy.
- Report on real outcomes: cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, and conversion rate by campaign, not just top-line spend and impressions.
- Audit a client's existing ad accounts during onboarding to find what's wasting budget before proposing changes.
What We're Looking For
- Real, hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta campaigns for ecommerce specifically, with budget responsibility, not just campaign setup under someone else's strategy.
- Comfortable with conversion tracking setup and diagnosing tracking issues, since bad data leads to bad campaign decisions regardless of targeting skill.
- Analytical by default: able to read a campaign's real performance, not just its surface metrics, and make a specific recommendation from it.
- Clear communication with clients who want straight answers about what's working and what isn't.
Nice to have: Shopify-specific PPC experience, GA4 and server-side tracking experience, experience with a Shopify client's full funnel (ad to landing page to checkout).
What We Offer
Remote-first work, and campaigns judged on real business outcomes, not vanity metrics, which means your work is genuinely accountable to results.
